Site Tour to citizenM, Washington, DC

The invitation was originally published in Carey REIA’s fourth newsletter (11 November 2019).

This following Thursday, November 14, 2019, CityPartners Founder and Managing Member Geoffrey Griffis and Partner Gregory Faron, will graciously give REIA members and Carey’s students a tour of their newest project, 555 E Street SW. The project is scheduled for delivery in December 2019 and will consist of mixed-age and income residential units, citizenM hotel, and retail space.

CitizenM attempts to differentiate its hospitality offerings through affordable luxury. The stylish and sustainability-minded citizenM has expanded to seven European and three Asian cities. In the US, the hotel has its presence in New York, Boston, and Seattle. Its location at 555 E Street SW will be citizenM’s first in the nation’s capital.
