Review of Mercure Harvestland Hotel, Bali

My rating: 4/5.

We stayed in the hotel 3x last year, and every time it was pleasant. We used the small meeting room the first time, and then the larger one the last time. The amenities were more than adequate, and the meetings were productive due to less exposure to distractions (we were in Bali, after all). The rooms were good, and the bed was very comfortable for the price. We had good nights’ sleep. The restaurant was okay. The food was not great but was not bad either. If you want sumptuous dining, Bali has plenty. Overall, it was always a pleasant stay with the hotel.

Date of stay: November 2015.

Room tip: Choose the higher-floored rooms and towards the back for a quieter stay. The hotel is close to a mosque, so you’ll hear athan 5x daily.
