Professional Real Estate Associations with Student Member Rates

As we are more than halfway in Spring 2, some of us are heading toward our graduation. It is not too late to join a professional association and still get a student rate membership. Urban Land Institute | Student Membership ~ $123 (annual)

Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors | Student Membership: Free

Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) | Student Membership (annual): $69 (DC+MD) or $30 (MD)
NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. It comprises 19,000 members throughout North America. Membership is based on geographic chapter, but it is transferable. Join here.

Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association | Program-based Membership
